HKS Adjustable Cam Gear. 4G63 cam timing, Evo 4 to 9

A fixed cam pulley locks the camshaft to whatever timing the factory decided on, which is fine until the engine around it changes. Fit a bigger turbo or a different cam grind and the ideal timing moves, sometimes by only a few degrees, and those few degrees are the difference between a flat spot and a clean pull. This adjustable pulley lets a tuner advance or retard the cam on the dyno and lock it where the engine actually made the numbers.
