Cometic 4G63 Multi-Layer Steel Head Gasket, 0.84". Evo 4 to 9

The head gasket is the only thing standing between cylinder pressure and the cooling system, and on a boosted 4G63 it is usually the first component to give up when the boost creeps past what the factory gasket was designed around. Cometic build these from stacked steel layers with embossed sealing beads that spring back against the deck as the engine heats and cools, rather than a composite that crushes once and slowly gives up. Lifting the head is a big job, so it is worth doing with a gasket that will not need doing again.
