CP-Carrillo forged pistons and rings, 85.5mm (+0.5mm) — 6-bolt 4G63
The middle bore size of the three, and the one most rebuilds end up needing. A 4G63 that has done a few decades rarely measures perfectly round any more, but it usually does not need a full millimetre taken out of it either — a 0.5mm clean-up cut brings the cylinders back to true with the minimum metal removed, which leaves you a further oversize step for the future. Match this set to what your machinist actually cuts, not to what you hope to cut. Forged 2618 aluminium construction, with the complete ring pack, wrist pins and locks supplied.

Sized for a 6-bolt 4G63 short block running a 21mm wrist pin — a common swap in early Evo builds, and not interchangeable with the factory 7-bolt. Verify the block on the stand before ordering.
