This CP-Carrillo set gives your 4G63 a fully forged top end ready for serious boost. The 85.5mm bore (+0.5mm over stock) is the go-to oversize for cleaning up a lightly worn block and restoring true, round cylinders while gaining a touch of displacement. A complete ring pack is included so the set is ready to assemble into a fresh build.

Stepping up to forged pistons is what lets a 4G63 handle the boost, timing and turbo upgrades that make big power. The forged 2618 alloy shrugs off the heat and detonation risk that destroy stock cast pistons, giving your bottom end the strength to back your tune. The +0.5mm oversize is ideal when a mild hone or overbore is needed to bring the cylinders back to spec.
Fitment
Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution I, II and III (CD9A / CE9A), 1992 to 1995. Built for a 6-bolt 4G63 (21mm wrist pin). The 6-bolt swap is a common engine build path for the early Evo chassis.
