The mildest of Brian Crower's 4G63 grinds and the one that asks the least of the rest of the engine. Duration is short enough that the car still idles like a road car with only a light lope, yet the extra lift and timing wake up the midrange and top end that the factory cams leave on the table once an Evo 1/2/3 is running a bigger turbo, more fuel and a tune. The important practical point: this profile runs on OEM valve springs, so it is a cam swap rather than a valvetrain rebuild. Supplied as a matched intake and exhaust pair with a cam timing tag.

• Advertised duration: 268° intake / 272° exhaust
• Duration at .050 inch: 208° / 212°
• Valve lift at 1.7:1 rocker ratio: .401 in / .381 in (10.18mm / 9.66mm)
• OEM or BC valve springs acceptable — no spring kit required
• CNC ground on 4G63 cores to within .02mm, prototyped and dyno tested before production
