Link Engine Management G4X plug-in ECUs drop into the factory ECU location on the original mounts, loom and connectors, so there is no rewiring: the EVO3X for the Evo I, II and III, the EVO8X for the Evo IV to VIII with the 4-plug ECU, the EVO9X for the 3-plug Evo VIII and the Evo IX, and the VR4X for the Galant VR-4 and 1G Eclipse GSX.
