This is the caster version of the inner rear control arm bushing, so it is doing two jobs at once. It replaces the tired original rubber in that position, and it is specified to change front caster rather than simply restore what the car left the factory with. More caster generally means a front end that tracks straighter at speed and self-centres more willingly out of a corner, which is why this bushing tends to interest owners setting a car up for track work.
